Sender Shamiss is an entrepreneur passionate about perfecting technology and has spent his career building multiple eCommerce, supply chain, and SaaS companies. Mr. Shamiss has built and led strong teams and has managed to attract top talent because of his pragmatic approach to business, infectious spirit, and vision for innovation.

Mr. Shamiss recently won the Pros to Know Lifetime Achievement Award 2024 from Supply & Demand Chain Executive honoring his outstanding leadership and contributions to the supply chain space. In 2022, Mr. Shamiss was recognized by Business Insider as a Reverse Logistics Power Player for his lifelong commitment and influence within the returns industry. He is considered a leading expert in returns, returns management, returns software, and the reverse supply chain.

ReturnPro (formerly goTRG) was co-founded by Mr. Shamiss in 2008, offering the only complete returns solution addressing each part of the post-purchase process, from the point a return is initiated to its second shelf. Som Mukherjee is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at ReturnPro (formerly goTRG). An experienced finance leader with a 20-year track record of guiding high-performing teams to achieve exceptional results across a varying range of economic landscapes and geographies. Recognized for cultivating talent pipelines and fostering organizational resilience, particularly during challenging periods, Mr. Mukherjee’s industry expertise spans the manufacturing, life sciences, and technology sectors.

As a seasoned CFO and valued business partner, Mr. Mukherjee collaborates closely with C-suite executives, Business Unit Presidents, Global Sales Leaders, and Manufacturing and Supply Chain professionals. He is dedicated to driving the execution of strategic initiatives that foster profitable growth and sustainable success.

His leadership journey encompasses a comprehensive range of finance functions, from FP&A to finance operations (including record to report, procure to pay, order to cash, and payroll), investor relations, and M&A activities. Mr. Mukherjee has proven capabilities to transform complicated financial situations to drive postive bottom-line impact.

With a demonstrated ability to lead as a CFO within complex global organizations, Mr. Mukherjee excels as both an efficient operator and steward of corporate assets. Additionally, he serves as a driving force behind long-term strategic vision and is a catalyst for successful business growth initiatives.

Mr. Mukherjee holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Rochester Institute of Technology – Saunder College of Business.

David Malka is the Chief ReCommerce Officer at ReturnPro (formerly goTRG), a leading provider of eCommerce, SaaS, and supply chain solutions specializing in returned and damaged inventory. Since joining ReturnPro (formerly goTRG) in 2012, Malka has managed ReturnPro’s (formerly goTRG) entire retail and wholesale sales pipeline and developed ReturnPro’s (formerly goTRG) online marketplaces with the company’s retail partners like Amazon, Walmart, Wish, and more.

Malka also assists with ReturnPro’s (formerly goTRG) software and business development initiatives, drawing on his deep expertise in eCommerce marketplaces. Prior to ReturnPro (formerly goTRG), Malka owned several online and digital delivery businesses and was an early adopter of eBay when it launched in 1995. He resides in Miami, Florida.

Meyrav Gal Dayan is a seasoned technology leader with over three decades of experience in software development, engineering management, and technological innovation. As Chief Technology Officer at ReturnPro (formerly goTRG), she drives the company’s technology strategy and innovation, ensuring its leadership in the reverse logistics and reCommerce domains.

Before joining ReturnPro, Meyrav served as CTO at LuxonTech, where she oversaw technology infrastructure, software engineering, and product development. Her leadership was key in ensuring product quality, customer satisfaction, and successful project management within an agile environment.

Meyrav also served as CTO and VP of R&D at Triplemars, where she led the R&D effort from the very beginning. She oversaw the product lifecycle, from strategic planning to deploying scalable and secure software systems. Her expertise in engineering management and integrating cutting-edge technologies and cybersecurity measures were critical to the company’s success.

In her various positions, Meyrav led the development of innovative software solutions, steering the technological fulfillment of the business vision maintaining the vision directive, building robust and versatile solutions, managing simultaneous paths of software engineering, and delivering high-quality products. Meyrav always emphasizes the growth of people and teamwork, and as a result is always leading, mentoring, developing technical teams, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.

At ReturnPro, Meyrav leverages her extensive experience in leading technology initiatives, ensuring continuous innovation and excellence. Her commitment to strategic vision, technical expertise, and effective communication continues to inspire her teams and drive ReturnPro’s success.

Neri Horoviz is a highly accomplished leader with over 27 years of experience in operations, supply chain management, and strategic innovation. As Chief Supply Chain Officer at ReturnPro, Neri plays a pivotal role in driving efficiency, scalability, and sustainability across the company’s supply chain operations.

Throughout his career, Neri has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership and strategic thinking. Prior to joining ReturnPro, he served as a General in the Israel Defense Forces (IDF), where he held senior positions overseeing large-scale organizational systems, managing complex logistics, and leading strategic initiatives that optimized operational performance. His military background provided him with unparalleled expertise in managing complex operations under dynamic and challenging conditions.

At ReturnPro, Neri applies his extensive expertise to optimize supply chain processes, leverage advanced technologies, and implement data-driven strategies that align with the company’s long-term goals. His innovative approach has been instrumental in enhancing operational efficiency and creating sustainable solutions in complex and dynamic environments.

Chuck is currently the Chief Strategy Officer for ReturnPro (formerly goTRG), the leading returns management platform that offers turnkey software, reverse supply chain and reCommerce services to retailers and manufacturers. Prior to that he oversaw the development on operation of the return and repair operations for two of the largest retails in Home Depot and Walmart. Chuck Johnston has been involved in the Reverse Logistics industry for over 20 years and is considered the foremost expert in the field. Chuck serves on the Advisory Boards for all three major Reverse Logistics consortiums. He is a sought-after speaker and considered one of the most innovative thinkers in the industry.

In addition to his experience in the reverse space, he has led numerous Specialty Distribution Operations in his 30 years in Logistics. In his tenure at Walmart and Home Depot, Chuck was responsible for the development of a profitable, “best in class,” Reverse Logistics organizations that are the benchmark for all other retailers. In 2022, Chuck received a Lifetime Achievement Award from the Reverse Logistics Association for his contribution to advancing the reverse logistics industry.

Sam Sharon is a seasoned leader in People & Culture, specializing in aligning HR strategies with business objectives to enhance employee engagement and foster continuous improvement. As Vice President at ReturnPro (formerly goTRG), Sam drives the company’s human capital strategy, ensuring HR practices support the company’s leadership in reverse logistics and ReCommerce.

At ReturnPro, Sam focuses on employee engagement, leadership development, and cultivating a culture of continuous improvement. He is known for balancing strategic HR planning with a personal touch, often infusing humor and a commitment to creating an inclusive workplace. His leadership is vital to attracting, developing, and retaining top talent, contributing significantly to the company’s growth.

Previously, Sam served as Senior Director of People & Culture at Site Impact, where he managed key HR functions such as total rewards, performance management, and talent acquisition. He also played a pivotal role at Barry’s, where he helped expand the workforce from 500 to over 1,500 employees in three years by implementing effective human capital strategies that reduced onboarding time, training costs, and turnover.

Sam has also consulted for Fortune 500 companies, providing strategic HR advice to senior executives across various industries. His ability to align HR practices with business goals has made him a trusted advisor and a driving force in shaping successful workplace cultures.

Robert Johnson is the Executive Vice President at ReturnPro (formerly goTRG), where he plays a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives, overseeing key operations, and ensuring the company delivers exceptional value in the reverse logistics and ReCommerce industries.

Robert is known for his ability to achieve top performance by focusing on team metrics and employee development. As a motivational leader, he inspires others by building strong relationships and leading by example. Before joining ReturnPro in March 2024, Robert served as SVP of Customer Success at Cart.com, where he was instrumental in scaling the company’s business development and supporting its rapid growth. His contributions were key to establishing Cart.com’s reputation in the industry.

In addition to his corporate roles, Robert has also worked as a consultant, advising companies on supply chain optimization, operational efficiency, and business strategy. His deep expertise in logistics and strategic thinking has made him a valuable asset to the organizations he has supported.

Shai Malka is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leading technology-driven companies and crafting strategies for growth and operational excellence. As Executive Vice President of ReturnPro at ReturnPro (formerly goTRG), Shai oversees the company’s return management solutions, enhancing efficiency and ensuring top-tier services for clients.

Since joining ReturnPro in January 2024, Shai has played a crucial role in shaping the strategic direction of the company’s return management operations. His leadership focuses on optimizing workflows, leveraging technology, and improving client outcomes, solidifying goTRG’s position as a leader in ReCommerce and reverse logistics.

Before joining ReturnPro, Shai was the CEO of LuxonTech, where he led significant growth and innovation, expanding the company’s market presence. His strategic vision was instrumental in establishing LuxonTech as a key player in the tech industry.

Prior to LuxonTech, Shai served as CEO of MRS GROUP LLC, where he led the company through various growth stages, expanding service offerings and entering new markets. His leadership demonstrated his ability to manage complex operations and drive sustained business growth.

Shai’s experience also includes serving as Group CEO at Triplemars and Luxon Tech, where he successfully integrated and aligned operations across multiple business units, resulting in improved efficiency and market competitiveness.

As the VP of Technology, Larry Velman has been a driving force in establishing ReturnPro (formerly goTRG) as a top returns management solutions provider. At ReturnPro (formerly goTRG), Mr. Velman has spearheaded significant advancements in Reverse Logistics, adhering to the philosophy that "effective innovation follows intuitive design." Under his leadership, this principle remains at the forefront of every project, guiding his team towards creativity, dedication, and the determination to redefine industry standards.

Mr. Velman’s strategic vision and leadership has not only propelled ReturnPro (formerly goTRG) forward but also inspired his team to pursue excellence and innovate continuously. With more than 20 years of experience in technology and SaaS, Larry's expertise spans software development, product design, sales, and leadership.

Prior to joining ReturnPro (formerly goTRG) in 2015, Mr. Velman successfully led a SaaS-based inventory management and eCommerce company for eight years. Mr. Velman studied Computer Programming and Analysis, Information Technology at Seneca College Polytechnic in Canada.

Wes Berry brings over a decade of experience in account management, supply chain operations, and return management. As Vice President of Account Management at ReturnPro, Wes leads a dynamic team focused on building, retaining, and expanding client relationships. His ability to develop strategic partnerships and deliver tailored solutions plays a vital role in solving complex returns for some of the industry’s leading brands.

Since joining ReturnPro in 2021, Wes has been instrumental in enhancing the company’s approach to client engagement. His leadership ensures that clients benefit from customized return management strategies designed to optimize supply chains and improve operational efficiency.

Before joining ReturnPro, Wes spent over ten years at J.B. Hunt Transport Services, Inc., where he held various senior leadership roles, including Director of Truckload Operations and Director of Transportation for Single Source Logistics.

In these roles, Wes oversaw the end-to-end management of clients' entire supply chains, utilizing multimodal transportation solutions such as dedicated, intermodal, and 3PL services. His hands-on approach to engineering supply chain solutions equipped him with the expertise needed to handle complex logistical challenges from order placement to final delivery.

Wes is passionate about delivering value through collaboration, innovation, and relationship management. His proven track record in supply chain operations and his commitment to solving returns make him a key leader in driving ReturnPro’s mission forward.


With nearly a decade of experience at ReturnPro, Sasha Rozenblyum has played a pivotal role in driving business growth, fostering strategic partnerships, and managing complex client relationships. Sasha’s expertise in corporate strategy, business development, and contract management has been instrumental in ReturnPro’s expansion. Since joining in 2016, he has led initiatives to secure partnerships with large retail chains, providing comprehensive recommerce, liquidation, and final product disposition services. His leadership has ensured that ReturnPro remains a trusted partner for clients seeking innovative solutions for returns and supply chain optimization.

As Executive Vice President, Sasha has recently taken on the responsibility of developing ReturnPro’s transportation business, where he focuses on integrating the company’s SaaS, Supply Chain, and ReCommerce solutions to offer clients end-to-end service capabilities.

Sasha’s main focus will be on building and scaling the transportation vertical and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with ReturnPro’s core offerings. His ability to identify opportunities, develop sustainable business models, and build lasting relationships positions ReturnPro to deliver unparalleled value to its clients.Prior to his tenure at ReturnPro, Sasha built his career in the field of aircraft leasing and financing. He gained experience at prestigious international law firms and held in-house roles with some of the largest aircraft lessors.

Prior to joining ReturnPro, Sasha was Vice President, Legal at Nordic Aviation Capital, where he acted as senior legal counsel for one of the world’s largest regional aircraft leasing and finance companies. His experience in legal and business strategy equipped him with a deep understanding of complex negotiations and long-term value creation.
