Co-founded in 2008, ReturnPro helps retailers, brands, and 3P sellers SOLVE RETURNS by addressing every part of the post-purchase experience from returns initiation all the way to the second shelf. We offer a connected suite of returns management SaaS, reverse supply chain, and ReCommerce services, under one roof, to deliver extraordinary results, boost revenue, drive efficiency, reduce environmental impact, and increase customer satisfaction.

Supply Chain Services: Returns, A Second Life

Leveraging our proprietary reverse warehouse management SaaS, we operate six dedicated reverse logistics centers across the United States, one in Canada, two in Mexico, and one in China, encompassing a total of 1.5 million square feet. These centers of excellence efficiently process over 45 million units annually, spanning a diverse range of categories including consumer electronics, home improvement, apparel, appliances, and more.

Before processing any item, we analyze the total cost and determine the necessary steps to maximize recovery and bring items back to life. Our approach focuses on driving efficiencies and boosting revenues, rather than merely charging service fees.

At ReturnPro, our highly trained professionals provide a comprehensive suite of services traditionally offered by third-party logistics providers (3PLs), including receiving, sorting, inspecting, repackaging, and fulfillment. Additionally, we offer specialized value-added services that breathe new life into returns, such as repair, refurbishing, sanitizing, and repackaging. This enables items to be restocked, returned to vendors, or sold on new marketplaces for maximum value.

ReCommerce Services: Returns, A Second Shelf

Leveraging our proprietary ReCommerce SaaS we provide managed ReCommerce services for returned, overstock, and distressed inventory including brand protection, customer support, pricing, velocity, marketplace, listing, catalog, and returns management. We operate three proprietary marketplaces goWholesale, Direct Liquidation, and VIP Outlet, and manage sales and integrations for over 20 of the world’s leading 3P marketplaces.

Our goal is to maximize recovery while minimizing handling and resale costs for returns. Whenever possible, items are restored and resold on their original marketplaces. If that's not feasible, they are moved through wholesale and retail channels for finished goods, and, as a final step, sold through liquidation marketplaces. The focus remains on “bringing items back to life” and placing them on secondary markets. This approach ensures maximum value is recovered from every return, optimizing both recovery and efficiency.
